    While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend calling ahead to reserve equipment, especially during weekends or busy project seasons. This guarantees availability and helps us prepare your rental in advance.

  • Can I rent equipment for just a few hours or only by the day?

    Yes! We offer flexible rental options, including 4-hour, daily, weekend, and weekly rates — so you only pay for what you need.

  • Do you provide instructions for how to use the equipment?

    Absolutely. Our staff will walk you through the basic operation of any equipment you rent. We’ll also review safety precautions and answer any questions before you leave.

  • How do I get the equipment once I reserve it?

    All equipment rentals are available for pickup at our Jefferson City location. Once your reservation is confirmed, our team will have everything ready for you. We’ll assist with loading and provide basic operating instructions to ensure you’re comfortable using the equipment.

  • What if something goes wrong or I have an issue with the equipment?
