What size tent do I need for my event?
Tent size depends on your guest count, layout, and event type. Our team can help you determine the right dimensions based on whether you’ll have seated tables, a dance floor, buffet lines, or staging.
Can tents be set up on any surface?
Tents can be installed on grass, gravel, asphalt, or concrete, but the setup method may vary. Let us know your venue type and we’ll recommend the best tent style for your surface.
How far in advance should I reserve a tent?
Yes. We offer optional sidewalls to protect against wind, rain, or direct sun. Solid, windowed, and doorway panels are available, depending on your event’s needs.
Can I add lighting or draping inside the tent?
Absolutely. We offer lighting packages, ceiling draping, and other add-ons to enhance the look and functionality of your tent. These can be rented separately or bundled with your tent rental.
How far in advance should I reserve a tent?
We recommend reserving your tent at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during spring and fall when outdoor events are most popular. Last-minute rentals may be available but are subject to inventory.
