  • What do I need to rent a truck or trailer?

    To rent a truck, you must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid driver’s license, a major credit card, and a positive ID. Trailer rentals typically require a valid ID and payment, and we'll help you confirm your vehicle's towing capacity.

  • Is the deposit refundable if I cancel or change my truck reservation?

    No. Truck rental deposits are non-refundable and guarantee your reservation. Please be certain of your date and time before booking.

  • Do I need to refill the gas tank before returning a truck?

    Yes. Customers are responsible for all fuel used during the rental. Trucks should be returned with the same fuel level as when they were picked up.

  • Can I tow your trailers with my own vehicle?

    Yes, as long as your vehicle has the proper towing capacity and hitch setup. We can help verify compatibility before rental and assist with safe hookup.

  • Do you offer gooseneck and enclosed trailers?
